What is your Cash Leak Opportunity Score?

About 60 seconds

How quickly does invoiced cash arrive?
Where does the team lose time or value?
What should GMT prioritize?

The result is a directional screening indicator based on your selections. It is not verified savings, an accounting conclusion, a funding decision or a guarantee.

Fast-Track first

Receive provisional program approval and the private activation offer from the initial submission.

Direct routing

Customer and payor principal proceeds never route through GMT.

Proof enhanced

Optional documents and live proof refine dollar estimates without delaying initial activation.

Controlled billing

No evidence-based success-share billing occurs without verified support.

HOW THE GMT SWITCH ENGINE WORKS

Your customers receive clearer choices. Your business keeps more value and cleaner data.

Customer principal routes directly to your business or approved provider. GMT coordinates the approved payment-choice, reference, proof and reporting workflow around those existing rails.

01

Your business approves the workflow

GMT prepares the invoice, balance request, deposit request, QR or reference workflow. Nothing customer-facing goes live without your approval.

02

Your customer chooses

The payor sees only the choices and benefits available to them: bank/cash pricing, a permitted existing card path or approved terms where available.

03

Your business receives principal directly

Customer principal goes to your bank account, processor or approved provider. It never enters a GMT account.

04

References, proof and reporting improve

Clear amounts, reference keys, confirmation, proof matching, exception visibility and reporting reduce payment and accounting friction.

WHERE HIDDEN CASH TENDS TO SIT

Cash leakage is rarely one dramatic line item.

It is often a combination of fee layers, slow cash conversion, deductions, unclear payment instructions and proof work that compounds every week.

%

Payment-cost leakage

Fee layers, routing choices and payment-method economics that reduce retained cash.

Collection delay

Terms, follow-up and payment friction that extend the time between invoice and usable cash.

Deductions and short-pays

Recurring customer deductions, disputes and underpayments that are not recovered efficiently.

Proof and reconciliation gaps

Missing references, inbox searches and manual matching that delay reporting and recovery.

THE SIMPLE REVIEW PROMISE

Clarity before commitment.

If the review does not identify at least one practical payment, collection, deduction, proof or reconciliation opportunity, you do not move forward. No pressure. No obligation. No confusing processor pitch.

CONTROLLED PRIVATE REVIEW PROCESS

Submit once. Receive a private value assessment. Move forward only when the client benefit is positive.

Supporting records improve precision. GMT does not make an activation offer unless the value gate remains positive after the proposed fees.

01

Complete the score and short intake

Provide the business profile, payment concern and approximate accounting/reconciliation workload.

02

Receive a private value review

The private report is issued from the initial submission. An activation offer appears only if the estimated client benefit is positive after all proposed fees.

03

Accept, revise or remain review-only

Accept only a value-positive private offer, request a structured revision, or add evidence. No verified evidence means no success-share billing.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY

A private approval and activation offer, not another sales-call delay.

The initial submission produces a Fast-Track Opportunity & Activation Report showing estimated payment/cashflow benefit, estimated accounting/admin capacity value, proposed program cost, net client benefit, payor benefits and the recommended execution path.

COMPLIMENTARY FIRST REVIEW

Save your score and start the review.

Your preliminary score and selections will be attached to the GMT assessment record. A confirmation email is sent immediately after successful submission.

  • No loan application
  • No bank change required to begin
  • No processor replacement required to request a review
  • $0 upfront for the initial review
The initial private value review does not require supporting documents. Submit the initial profile and receive the private approval/report immediately. Optional documents can be added afterward to refine estimated dollar savings and accounting-efficiency assumptions.
  • 3-6 processor or settlement statements
  • 3-6 business-bank or deposit statements
  • A/R aging plus invoices/remittances
  • Deduction, short-pay or dispute records
Documents are required only when GMT needs evidence-backed savings, performance-based billing support or a more complex assisted route.
Secure review requestUsually 2–3 minutes
The private value review is immediate. Optional records can refine the quantified opportunity and recalculate the offer gate.
Optional upload limits: up to 12 files, maximum 4 MB per file and 40 MB total. Approval is issued before optional files upload. Six monthly periods provide the strongest refinement.

Fastest refinement formats: CSV or TXT exports. PDFs, scans, images and spreadsheets are accepted and stored, but may require assisted extraction. They do not delay approval.

Redact before uploading: full account and routing numbers, complete card numbers, tax IDs, SSNs and unrelated personal information. Leave only the last four account digits where needed. Never submit login credentials.

Documents are optional for the initial review. A private activation offer is issued only if the recalculated client value remains positive after all proposed fees.

No bank credentials should be submitted. See our privacy notice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear boundaries before you begin.

The public score is useful without exposing private GMT economics or creating false certainty.

How is the public score calculated?

Fixed directional weights are applied to payment volume, card share, customer terms, late-payment frequency, deductions and reconciliation workload. It is not an underwriting or internal risk score.

How is the illustrative range calculated?

A broad screening rate of approximately 0.15% to 2.70%, depending on score band, is applied to the midpoint of the selected payment-volume band. It is not verified savings or a final Net Benefit calculation.

What stays private?

GMT pricing, program cost, client-specific net benefit, internal scoring and activation requirements are not displayed publicly. The private opportunity review is issued from the initial submission. Fees are disclosed only if the value gate produces a private offer. Optional evidence can refine the estimates and may change the offer decision.

Do I need supporting documents for the initial review?

No. A valid initial submission receives a private value review. Supporting records are optional for that review, but an activation offer appears only when the estimated client benefit remains positive after all proposed fees. Supporting evidence is required before any success-share fee.

Do I need to change banks or processors?

No bank change or processor replacement is required to request the review.

What does the complimentary review cost?

The initial review is $0 upfront. Any later implementation requires a separate agreement and explicit authorization.
